| Provider | Purpose | Data categories | Region / location | Safeguards |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Hosting, server infrastructure, database, file storage and backups. | Tenant, user, guest, order, invoice, appointment, message, file and operational log data. | AWS EU region | Processing in the EU region or appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where required. |
| Firebase / Google | Mobile infrastructure, push notifications, sign-in or other Google integrations where enabled by the user or tenant. | Device identifiers, technical data, notifications, Google connection data and integration metadata. | EU / global provider infrastructure | Provider data processing terms and appropriate transfer mechanisms where transfers outside the EEA occur. |
| Google Analytics / Google | Measuring use of the public website and content effectiveness. Before consent, the Google tag runs with analytics storage denied and may send limited cookieless measurements; after consent, more detailed analytics is enabled. | Technical website-usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, device and browser information, and online identifiers processed by the provider. | EU / global provider infrastructure | The Google tag uses Advanced Consent Mode: analytics storage is denied until consent, so analytics cookies are not set, while Google may receive limited cookieless measurements. Advertising consent types remain disabled. Provider processing terms and appropriate transfer mechanisms are used where required. |
| Stripe | Online payment processing, connected payment accounts and payment compliance. | Payment metadata, order data, Stripe account connection data and limited payer data required for payment. | EU / global provider infrastructure | Provider data processing terms and appropriate transfer mechanisms for payment processing. |
| Apple | iOS app distribution, Apple sign-in or payment/app-store flows where used. | Apple identifiers, app-store metadata and technical data required for iOS app operation. | EU / global provider infrastructure | Provider terms, security measures and appropriate transfer mechanisms where required. |
| Zoom | Creating and managing online appointments and video meeting links where the integration is enabled. | Appointment, participant, meeting link and integration metadata. | EU / global provider infrastructure | Provider processing terms and appropriate transfer mechanisms for international transfers. |
| OpenAI | Selected AI features when enabled. AI features are not enabled at production launch. | User inputs and AI feature outputs where a tenant or user enables such functionality. | EU / global provider infrastructure | Used only for enabled features with appropriate contractual, technical and configuration safeguards. |
| A1 | SMS delivery and other communication services where enabled. | Phone numbers, message content or metadata and delivery logs. | EU / provider infrastructure | Contractual and technical measures of the communications provider. |
